What My Posh Will is
My Posh Will is an online will service for people in England and Wales with straightforward circumstances. You answer a guided set of questions, we compose a properly worded will in your name, and you download it as a print ready PDF with signing and witnessing instructions. It is a one-off payment of £69 for a single will, or £89 for mirror wills.
The service is run by Estate Advisory Group. Our aim is to make the most important document of your life something you can complete carefully from home, at a fixed and honest price.
What the service does not do
We do not give individual legal advice, and an online will is not right for everyone. Where your circumstances are more involved, you should take advice from a solicitor or a qualified will writer before signing anything.
- Estates likely to pay inheritance tax, or where tax planning is a goal
- Trusts beyond the standard provisions for younger beneficiaries
- Business interests, partnerships or agricultural property
- Assets or property outside England and Wales
- Providing for someone who cannot manage their own affairs or receives means tested benefits
- Any situation where a claim against your estate looks likely
How our guidance is written and reviewed
Our free guidance library explains wills, executors, beneficiaries, property and inheritance in plain English for England and Wales. Every guide is written in house and checked against current law and practice before publication.
Each page carries the date it was last updated and the date it was last reviewed. Pages covering higher risk subjects are reviewed at least every six months, ordinary evergreen guides at least every twelve months, and any page is reviewed immediately when the relevant law or guidance changes. The library was last reviewed on 13 August 2026.
Our guidance is general information, not advice on your own situation. If a guide suggests your circumstances need individual advice, please take it.
